NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the High Point City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Joint Meeting on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 3^rd Floor, High Point Municipal Building, 211 S. Hamilton Street. The purpose of the meeting is:
