Guilford County Schools will show appreciation to all the parents, community members and others who volunteer at schools during the month of April including National Volunteer Appreciation Week, April 7-13, 2019.
The High Point Enterprise will join schools across the district as they celebrate volunteers who serve as lunch buddies, reading buddies, mentors, tutors, chaperones, office support and many other roles that help make a difference in local schools. Guilford County Schools invites the community to post stories and pictures on the Guilford school’s Facebook and Twitter pages about how their favorite volunteer is enhancing the lives of others using #GCSvolunteersignite.
