Please check your bill to make sure we have your correct phone number on record. This information can be found beneath the tear-off portion of your utility statement. If we do not have your correct number, fill out the Change Phone/Billing Address form online or give us a call at 336-883-3111 during regular office hours. By having your correct phone number on file, you can report a power outage online or through our automated system easily and quickly. This will also allow us to attempt to provide a courtesy call to remind you that your bill is due.
After Outage Callbacks
When you report an electric outage, you may request a call back or text notification when your power should be restored. Our automated system will call or text you to confirm restoration of service. Please keep in mind when requesting a restoration notification, our system will issue the call or text day or night once it has been confirmed that your service should be restored.
