Parks & Recreation Commission

Meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

The Parks & Recreation Commission is an advisory body comprised of nine members appointed by the High Point City Council. Appointments to the Parks & Recreation Commission are ward specific. Members serve as representatives of the community and as advocates for various programs, facilities, and staff for recreation-related services.

Members are appointed to three-year terms and are eligible for reappointment to an additional three-year term.
